The Nexus Garden Project has officially yielded its first harvest. What started as a small patch of soil in the north courtyard has become a living laboratory.
Students spent the morning learning about root systems and the importance of organic farming. 'It tastes better because we grew it,' said one young gardener. The project aims to supply the school cafeteria with fresh herbs by the end of the spring term.
